We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Inside Sales Specialist to act as the central hub for our pre-sales operations. In this role you will coordinate relationships between customers, the sales team, the legal department, and other internal stakeholders. Your main responsibilities are to review commercial documents (with support from legal and other departments), lead negotiations of commercial terms with customers, and, when required, participate in the full order-placement process for presales projects to ensure each project is fully confirmed during the presales phase. Key Responsibilities 1. Agreements Review, Coordination & Negotiation ? Under the guidance of the legal team, be responsible for reviewing and revising commercial documents across relevant internal departments. ? Independently lead agreement negotiations to ensure project specifications and commercial terms are internally confirmed and formalized into official documents. ? Perform cross?departmental reviews of commercial clauses to ensure business wording is consistent at the company or business?unit level and accurately reflects the company’s established commercial intent. 2. Agreement Online Platform Maintenance ? Regularly maintain and manage the online agreement-sharing platform on a regular basis. ? Consolidate and organize agreement data; distribute summaries and updates to relevant departments. ? Identify and escalate potential risks promptly to ensure early visibility and mitigation. 3. Other Team Support ? Additionally, the role will support other team functions—such as order management and customer system administration—ensuring smooth operations, accurate data entry, and timely follow?up across the sales lifecycle. Core Competencies: Strong understanding of pre-sales workflows, pricing structures, and contract terms. Proven ability to independently manage contract negotiations with a solution-oriented mindset. |
